The recession may be a fact, but its a fact that as long as there is money produced, it will be spent somewhere where the customer find appreciation and value for the product...why not make it your product???




Today we have so many more methods of reaching your customers, there are phone calls, text messages, Facebook, and Twitter. email marketing and video marketing.... It is important to learn the skills that make these tools effective!!!



What is important though is that you learn to ask and say the questions and listen for the answers that meet your customer's needs. My soft-sell method of Smile, Nod, Ask Questions will literally lead you to ask your way to success! Many sales people do not learn the valuable lesson of listening to their customer. They are so busy "telling", all the customer hears is "blah blah blah blah blah", just like Charlie Brown's teachers!

Are you interacting with your customers and listening to their needs, or simply telling them your idea of what will meet their needs? Each person, at that moment, is the most important person before you. Asking the questions, Listening for their answers, closing the sale, following up, calling back, making sure their needs were met, are all important skills to becoming the PRO sales professional I know you can be!
